Michael Richardson joined Realmark in February and has over 13 years’ experience consulting across agency and listed property trusts. Wayne Chorley has acted on a vast range of high-profile transactions and has extensive experience in advising large institutional investors, to SMSFs, to independent investors. Having spent over 20 years in industrial real estate, and a long history in various state management roles, Wayne’s competitive nature has seen him continuously achieve the best transaction possible for his clients which is always underpinned with professionalism and experience. Andrew Clements is a passionate athlete and certainly brings that dedication and discipline to his career in commercial real estate. Prior to his role with Realmark, Andrew was Managing Director of a Victorian commercial agency and prior to that a Property Analyst and Sales & Leasing Executive with a WA based commercial agency. Michael, Wayne and Andrew join the team alongside Realmark Commercial Agency Director, Mike Rowe, who is the State Chair of the Australian Property Institute, and Realmark Commercial Property Management Team Manager, Christine Izydorski who has over 30 years’ experience in commercial property; and has provided invaluable support to Realmark landlords for many years.
All five members of Realmark’s commercial leadership team have the breadth of experience to advise in today’s ever-changing market and will work collaboratively in providing intelligent solutions.
