The hottest colour is none other than the stunning emerald green. The welcomed revelation has come from the finding of the 1 stdibs annual Interior Design Trends Survey.
The survey showed that 2020 design and style trends will take inspiration from the natural world around us. With the stunning green hue taking out the coveted top spot, with 31 per cent in favour. This was closely followed by blue at 29 per cent. This shift in colour choice pushed the delicate colour of millennial pink, who has held top spot for the last two, down to a very respectable third place, with 24 per cent of support.
We will see the outside world work its way into our homes even more this year. Adding to the stunning trend of plants in the home, the use of natural textures and materials.
