True Blue is a community initiative of Realmark Real Estate. While as a business Realmark strives to deliver the best results for our clients, and grow our position to succeed in the market, we have always recognized the need for giving back and contributing to the community that provides so much for the business. With a history of humble beginnings, the Directors, John and Anita Percudani, have never lost sight of where they came from and what is truly important. Run very much as a family business, Realmark takes great pride in being able to help our West Australian community in any way possible.
Over the years True Blue has supported many varying charitable organisations. These have included the likes of Nulsen, The Starlight Foundation, Redkite, Alta-1 and most recently Starting Over Support. The organisations that True Blue partners with, tend to be of close importance to the staff and families of the Realmark network. This year, as a group, we have supported the wonderful organisation ‘Starting Over Support’, who work tirelessly to aid families in crisis, escaping domestic disruption and violence. Working in the property sector, and helping people find a place to call home, to feel safe and secure in, is hugely important to each and every member of the Realmark community. It was truly fitting to be able to support an organisation that helps people find homes and household goods.
We look back over the year that was and will continue to feel proud and grateful for the wonderful work we have achieved, and experiences we have shared. Though nothing makes our team feel prouder than knowing the impact we have created in our own community. Lead from the very top, Anita Percudani has always pushed for the involvement of each and every Realmark team member to come together and achieve something that is bigger than any of us. We sat down with Anita so she could enlighten us on Realmark’s community work, ‘it meant so much to our family, and our whole team to be able to give back to a community that has so generously given to us. True Blue was about recognising that there is more to life than just our business. We are very grateful for what we can professionally achieve, and because of that we knew it was our duty to give as much back as we could’.
This year alone, Realmark True Blue has seen countless toys raised and donated, community events held, hours of time dedicated by staff, whole houses of furniture given and buckets of love (also known as household cleaning products) collected. We are proud of the commitment and achievement of our team and the community that lends their helping hand. We cannot wait to see where this project takes us next year. We will continue to carry on the tradition of West Australians supporting West Australians.
