Realmark Land 4 new developments covering WA.

Realmark North Coastal agent Jason Kuriata has recently landed four outstanding new apartment project listings to be launched early next year, each unique and appealing in their own right.

Three of the sites are based south of the river with his most recent listing in Leederville.

Jason is considered an off-the-plan sales expert in Perth having worked in real estate for 14 years and with a wealth of experience in developments that has seen him involved in more than $200 million in off-the-plan sales.

VICTORIA PARK

On the waterfront in Victoria Park, he will be selling 22 architecturally-designed apartments in a new $20 million project called Belle Parc, bordering the upmarket suburb of Como.

With a rare riverside address, Belle Parc will be aimed at downsizers with generously sized two and three-bedroom apartments and 80 per cent will have river and city views.

This is the first project by a new developer to Perth, Malaysian-based WBG Land, who are looking to expand in a huge way in WA, with Belle Parc their flagship development.

“We are aiming these at the higher end of the market for buyers in Como and surrounding areas wanting to downsize from their large family homes,” Jason said.

Designed by MJA Studio architects the stunning apartments will feature a Club House on the ground floor that will include a resident’s lounge, built-in BBQ and open atrium. To keep the strata fees down there won’t be a pool or gym.

A soft launch for Belle Parc will be held on-site, right next to McCallum Park, on 23 November with construction to commence in May/June and completion by the end of 2021.



WATERFORD

A project Jason believes is one of the most exciting he has ever worked on and likely to sell out quickly is the first-ever apartment development in Waterford.

Built right near Curtin University, Collier Park Golf and along the river on Cygnus Parade, Waterford Apartments will be another small boutique development of 23 units aimed at downsizers.

It is being built by local developer Linic Property Group and also designed by MJA Studio.

Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and on the river, there will be a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with three penthouses with their own private lobbies.

“Within this area there is no other choice for apartments so we anticipate a significant amount of interest,” Jason said. “These are big apartments and well priced so I think this will sell out quickly.”

Stage 1 of this project will be launched in February with Stage 2 consisting of 36 apartments.



EAST VICTORIA PARK

Aimed at the first homebuyer market, The Brixton is an ultra trendy development to be launched in March next year.

Consisting of 36 apartments there will be a mix of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments in the sleek four-level building on Basinghall Street priced between $349,000-$369,000.

In the convenient and vibrant hub of East Victoria Park, only 5km from CBD, owners will have 58 eateries on their doorstep!

With extensive public transport options and major road links, plus walking and cycling trails, right near home this is an appealing offer for young people wanting to enter the property market.

The Brixton is being developed by Momentum Wealth, owned by Damian Collins the current president of REIWA. Jason is co-listing this with Colliers International.



LEEDERVILLE

At 212 Carr Place, Milano is a beautifully designed exclusive apartment development by Riviera WA with construction starting early next year.

There will be a choice of 14, 2x2 apartments over two levels in the heart of Leederville, four doors down from iconic Leederville mecca Sayers Food.
