This is a key event for the network with collegial peer recognition. The top awards of the night went to Nicole Hazel as Practice Leader and Ian Masterson for APRIL 2019. These awards recognise practice leadership and the commitment to the ethos of the Realmark brand.
Realmark Group Managing Director, John Percudani said, “The night marks a celebration where offices from across the entire network and span of WA come together to celebrate the brand, individuals and offices achievements. It is a wonderful event which everyone thoroughly enjoys.”
Speaking of the achievements for the past year, Mr Percudani stated, “We are so proud of each and every member of the network and how everyone works together in collaboration to share success and strategy. We are in a unique position within Realmark achieving consistent year on year market share growth four years in a row and coming out on top for per Agent productivity results due to award-winning practices and procedures.”

The night also marked the 30th year for John and Anita Percudani who founded Realmark in 1989, growing the network to one of Western Australia’s most successful real estate networks specialising in sales, leasing, property management and strata management of the residential and commercial property and the most awarded agency in WA.
With a corporate head office in Leederville, Realmark employs more than 250 people across its network, which includes 16 real estate offices (residential, commercial and strata) throughout metropolitan and regional WA.

Awarded to the office that has demonstrated the combination of outstanding service, Realmark practises team culture together with significant growth in client appointments and fee income for the 2018-2019 year.

Awarded to the Residential office that has produced the highest combined fee production, in Sales for the year 2018-2019.
