Best Suburbs For Investment Properties

REIWA has recently listed the top 10 suburbs that have experienced the biggest growth in leasing activity in the last 12 months.

Here are few suburbs they have listed;

1.North Breach
With a median house price of $880,000 and a unit price of $500,000, North Beach reported an increase in leasing activity by 28.6% and tenants paying a median weekly rental price of $520.

2.Salter Point
Coming in at number two in the list was Salter Point with a median house price of $1.2 million and reported a 25% increase in rental activity and median weekly rent of $498 per week.

3.Mundaring
Next on the list is taking you into the Perth hills where you will find the median house price of $570,000 and leasing activity up 24.1% than the year before and average weekly rental amount of $370.

4.Coogee
Another major hotspot with leasing activity up 16.3 per cent from the year before. With close proximity to the bustling hub of Fremantle, it’s no wonder that the median rental price is $150 more than the overall Perth average at $500 per week.
