Realmark group is proud to acknowledge the recent successful appointments of two of its senior leaders to major industry committees for 2023 and beyond.

Realmark Commercial Director of Asset Management, Elodie Allegret, has been elected to the 2023/24 Property Council WA Commercial Office Committee.

The committee champions the interests of commercial office owners and managers in Western Australia while examining the areas impacting development, management and leasing of commercial property.

Ms Allegret is enjoying the collaboration with her fellow committee members.

“I believe I can positively impact how commercial office assets are managed and provide guidance to the managers leading change in this area,” she said.

“My diverse background in accounting and finance gives me a unique skillset. My objective is always to provide care and compassion while focusing on generating economic activity and outcomes for owners and managers.”

Ms. Allegret has had a professional property career spanning several countries including Malaysia, Singapore, France, and Australia, working across residential developments and commercial industries, before joining Realmark in 2020.

Meanwhile, Realmark Commercial’s Director of Facilities Management, Laura Morse has been selected as a 2023 WA Branch Committee Member for the Facility Management Association.

After beginning her property career in property management, Ms. Morse has a decade of high-level experience in facilities management both in Australia and the UK, making her a valuable voice to an association which supports industry development and works to create a positive culture with high standards of practice for this vital and important industry.

“To be a part of the FMA is an exciting opportunity to help grow an industry I’m very passionate about,” she said.

“Facilities management provides an exciting career pathway, but not one often considered by women either in the property industry or looking to enter it.

“In my experience, women excel in facilities management roles and it would be an achievement if, as a committee, we can attract more women to the industry.”

Realmark Co-Founder Anita Percudani, who herself held a position on the MRI Client Advisory Board in 2021 and 2022, is proud to see two more women of Realmark take influential industry positions.

“Elodie and Laura have each had vast careers in the WA property industry, and I know they will bring the same wealth of experience in practice and leadership to these significant industry committees to what they bring to our business here at Realmark.”

Realmark congratulates Ms. Allegret and Ms. Morse on their appointments and looks forward to the impact they will influence in their respective areas of the West Australian property industry.
