Hailing from Canada, the world of Western Australian real estate was welcome ground for Shannon Sullivan. Throughout her 4 years in property management, Shannon’s friendly character has always made her a naturally approachable point of contact. She first entered the world of real estate as a receptionist, where she has bridged over her natural interpersonal skills into her now chosen career path.

As one of the property managers of Realmark North Coastal, Shannon is an adept communicator when it comes to liaising with clients. On a daily basis, you will find her handling important phone calls with ease and confidence, as she prospers in a fast-paced environment. Armed with her own customer service abilities and property management training, Shannon has proven herself as an immense asset to the team and exceeded in every task given.

When she is not on call, Shannon is on the road, physically inspecting properties in person. In fact, the tenants and owners that consult with her on a daily basis are never left disappointed. To most, she is known for being hardworking whilst possessing a beautiful manner of conduct.

At home, Shannon enjoys spending time with her two toddlers and her partner, who shares her love of the coast and camping outdoors.
