Brent joins Realmark Commercial as one of Perth’s brightest commercial property talents, having entered the industry in late 2016. He began his career at a boutique agency and more recently a highly regarded national agency before moving to Realmark Commercial as an Associate Director.

Brent has diverse experience in sales and leasing across a multitude of asset classes and industry sectors has seen him specialise in commercial sales and leasing as an Office Specialist. He has a vast network of industry contacts and has worked with notable clients including Scentre Group (Westfield), IDOM Automotive Group, Minister of Works, Lester Group, Australian Labour Party, Australian Workers Union, Real Estate Property Trusts (REIT) including Momentum Wealth, Dibstone developers, Blackburne Property Group, Steve Irons (Australian Liberal Party), Skin Cancer Australia, BOQ Bank of Queensland, Jim Ilias - Residential Building WA, Australia Post, Livestock Shipping Services, Kimberley Ports.

Brent is currently working with DevWest on the selling and leasing of Richardson Centre, a new development in South Perth. He is highly skilled in the project sales process and enjoys crafting successful marketing strategies to influence the sale and leasing outcomes.

Realmark Commercial has given Brent a platform to step into a professional environment whilst maintaining the same approach he applied to his professional sporting career - spanning 10 years and 5 countries - as he applies to real estate. He believes hard work and persistence wins every time, but enjoying the journey whilst doing it all with a smile is key.
