About Me

A little over 30 years ago one of my first jobs was with a small Real Estate Agency on Adelaide Terrace in Perth. There were no computers or mobile phones and the advertising consisted of columns in the West Australian or Sunday Times…. How times have changed.

Since then I have owned my own Real Estate Agency, worked for a National Insurance Brokerage in their Real Estate Division which involved travelling across Australia meeting with Real Estate Agency Owners and Property Managers advising and training them in the areas of Risk Management, Professional Indemnity and Landlord Insurance. I spent 5 years in the Community/Social Housing Sector working with a team across Western Australia who managed Social & Aboriginal Housing and tenancies for the Mental Health Commission and for people with Disabilities. More recently I was involved in the setup and management of an Aboriginal Short Stay Accommodation Complex.

The Real Estate business and how a business operates is my passion. I love to see a team that just click and work together – when a process or an improvement on how we do things just works and everyone gets involved. When coming to work each day is a joy and you can make it happen!

I wanted to work alongside an Agency Principal who had the same ethics, the same drive to make it work and who trusted me to take their team and get the results. I am so excited to be part of the Realmark Pilbara Commercial Team and work alongside Eliza Mearns. This is a unique business that operates with a very unique twist and I can’t wait to take it to the next level.
