About Me

Mikayla first began working in real estate in 2014 and after supporting a variety of roles in the industry, she made the decision to move into Strata Management in 2015 as it had piqued her interest.

Passionate about the Strata Titles Act and progressing the industry, Mikayla deservedly took home winner of Strata Manager of the Year – Rising Star in 2017 and was runner up Strata Manager of the Year in 2019 at the Strata Community Association WA Awards.

After going on maternity leave to have her first child, Mikayla has returned to strata management and brings with her a great knowledge of the Act, determination to resolve problems and assist clients, along with a witty sense of humour.

Outside of the office, Mikayla likes to adventure as much as possible with her little family, and explore local wineries and restaurants.
